Assuming that Flex is activated in your profile and that a Flex benefit has been awarded to you.

Just tap on the Flex icon in your app to check out your Flex benefits profile. You’ll see a list of all the available benefits you can choose from. Pick the one you want to look at or redeem and follow the redemption prompts. A code will be sent to your app and via SMS to the mobile number you have on file.

Just hit the Flex icon on the left sidebar of your screen. That’ll take you to the Flex page where you can check out all the benefits available to you. Just like in the mobile app, you can click on any benefit to get the details, and when you’re ready, follow the prompts to redeem.
