Open the App: Launch the Betterteem app on your mobile device or log in to the web platform.
Access Feedback: Look for the Feedback icon on the right screen to create feedback.
Choose Category: The app's redesigned feedback screen includes a "category tag selector." This means you will likely be prompted to choose a category for your feedback, such as:

Company Policies
Recognition and Rewards
Workload and Resources
Career Development
Communication
Diversity and Inclusion
Personal Well-being
Compose Feedback: Write your message in the provided text box. Choose EEC or Executive Escalation Contact as the receiver and add subject to the feedback. Write your feedback and you have an option to be "anonymous" by clicking the button at the bottom.
Submit: Once you have written your feedback and selected a category, submit it. The feedback is then sent to the designated administrators or "Executive Escalation Contacts" (EEC) for review.
