1. Initiating a New Check-in
From the app's main screen, look for the Check-in icon on the right side.
Click on the "⁺ new check-in" button.
A pop-up will appear, asking you to select a purpose for the check-in. Choose one of the following options:
General
Attendance
Conduct
Performance
2. Composing the Check-in Message
Once you have selected a discussion type, a new message screen will appear.
Choose the sender: Select the teammate you intend for this coaching or discussion.
Add a subject: Write a clear and concise subject for the discussion.
3. Adding Discussion Notes and Attachments
On the same page, a dedicated space is provided for you to add coaching and discussion notes. Use this area to write down all relevant details, talking points, and action items from the conversation.
You can also attach a file to this check-in. This is useful for including supporting documents such as performance reports, development plans, or other relevant materials.
4. Sending and Acknowledging the Check-in
After you have completed all the fields and added your notes, click Send. The check-in will be sent to the intended teammate.
This check-in is recorded digitally. The teammate will be asked to review it prior to acknowledging it.
The teammate has the ability to add comments if there are any missing details or corrections to what was discussed during the meeting. This ensures a transparent and mutually agreed-upon record of the conversation.
