Manually Resetting Password from the Corp Admin User Interface

  1. Log in: Access the Betterteem Corporate Admin Role.

  2. Navigate to User: Go to the "User Management" section.

  3. Locate User: Find the user whose password needs to be reset.

  4. Initiate Reset: Select the user and look for an "Actions" menu or a "Reset Password" button.

  5. Confirm/Send: Click the reset option. The system will typically send a password reset link to the user's registered email address or provide a temporary password for them to use.
