Manually Resending Invite from the Corp Admin User Interface

This is for users who have been added but haven't yet activated their accounts.

  1. Log in: Access the Betterteem Corporate Admin User Interface.

  2. Navigate to User: Go to the "User Management" section.

  3. Identify Pending User: Look for users with a "Pending," "Invited," or "Inactive" status.

  4. Resend Invite: Select the user and look for a "Resend Invite" or similar option.

  5. Confirm: Click the button to send another invitation email to the user.
