Data integration plays a crucial role in the functionality of Betterteem Predictive AI®. To simplify the connection between your systems and Betterteem, we utilize a third-party authentication API. Once the initial setup is complete, Betterteem will automatically sync data from your system every 24 hours, ensuring that your account remains up to date. By establishing this connection, we can enhance the effectiveness of our services and streamline your experience in several impactful ways. Here are the actions we are performing while connected to your system:
Update active and inactive users
Update user profiles

Note: To link your accounts, you must be a Data Administrator in both Betterteem and your data systems. You can only have one active user provisioning integration at a time in Betterteem.
Data Integration via third-party API
To make data integration seamless between your systems, Betterteem uses a third-party unified authentication API, which helps Betterteem integrate your HRIS, ATS, Accounting, CRM, and Ticketing data securely.
Set up an integration
To set up an integration:
Ensure you are the Data Admin in Betterteem and Administrator in the system you will integrate.
Change your role to "Data Admin" by clicking on your user profile picture in the upper right corner of the Betterteem web app.
Locate the systems you wish to integrate and select Connect.
Fill in the required authentication information and select Submit to authorize the integration of Betterteem to your system.
Once the connection between Betterteem and your system is successful, you will receive an in-app notification and an email confirming the connection. Your analytics dashboard will also begin displaying trends based on the synced data.
The time it takes to connect with your system varies greatly depending on the systems being integrated and the size of data being fetched by Betterteem.
