It’s important to note that certain information in your profile may appear grayed out and cannot be modified. This restriction is put in place by your organization to ensure the integrity of HR information. However, any fields that are not grayed out remain available for you to update as needed.
To update your profile, follow these steps:
Hover over the gear icon in the upper right corner of your Betterteem web app and click on it.
On the Settings page, click the "Edit" button.
You will now be able to make the necessary updates to your profile.
If the information you wish to update is grayed out, please contact your Betterteem admin.
