Your Sync Report
Sync reports are a great way to see a detailed breakdown of every data sync action from a specific day. To view a report, just pick an entry from the Activity Log of your Data Admin dashboard. You can also make things easier by using the "Filter" option to sort the report by the outcome or any data that has changed since the last sync.
Tip: Look at the Status column in your sync report to understand each sync action. If something didn’t go quite right, this is where you can find out what happened!
Friendly Reminder: If Betterteem is busy syncing with your System, the status will show as pending. You won't be able to view or export a sync report until the sync is finished, so hang tight!
Want to Export Your Sync Report?
You can easily export your sync reports as a CSV file! Just head over to the sync history page and click "Export" next to the report you want to download. It’s that simple!
Automatic Account Creation. Will My Users Be Notified?
No worries! Activating the user provisioning integration won’t send any notifications to your users. However, if you’ve turned on automatic invites, all new users created through the daily sync will receive a friendly invitation email from Betterteem, just like usual.
Your Sync History
Your sync history keeps a log of all the daily syncs from your active System integration. Here's how you can access it:
Switch to your Data Admin role.
Click on the Activity Log tab.
Only users with a Data Admin role can view the sync report and history. If you cannot switch to this role, please contact your corporate administrator.
