When you start using Betterteem, please note that an annual contract is required. This helps us maintain a consistent service and provide you with the most reliable monitoring of your employees' changing sentiments.

It’s important to note that only our base service, Betterteem AI, is subject to a contract. If you have any of our add-on services active, those are not bound by any contract, allowing you flexibility in their use unless stated otherwise.

Although you are under an annual contract, we bill you monthly. Your fees will be based on the Average Net Active licenses as of our billing cut-off date, which is the 5th of each month.

This means that if you add or remove team members throughout the year, your billing will adapt accordingly, and you will pay only for the licenses that stay active in your account.
