Adding/Deleting Delegate Access to a Teammate

Delegate access allows one user to act on behalf of another or perform a different role within the Betterteem app

  1. Log in: Access the Betterteem Corporate Admin User Interface.

  2. Navigate to User: Go to the "Users" or "User Management" section and locate the teammate to whom you want to grant or revoke delegate access.

  3. Access Permissions: Open their user profile "Assign Roles" settings.

  4. Configure Delegate Access: Look for the edit button under actions column and click it.

  5. Assign/Remove: Select the Sub-Roles or remove the existing delegation.

  6. Save: Apply the changes by clicking "Save Changes"
