Log in: Access the Betterteem Corporate Admin User Interface.
Navigate to User: Go to the "Users" or "User Management" section and locate the teammate you want to designate as a manager or remove manager access from.
Access Permissions: Open their user profile "Assign Roles" settings.
Assign Manager Role: Look for a "Sub Roles" assignment section. Change their role to "Manager" or uncheck a "Manager" Grant access box to remove their access.
Save: Apply the changes by clicking save changes.

Manager access typically grants a user the ability to view, manage, and interact with their direct reports' data and activities within the app.
