Adding/Deleting an Executive Escalation Contact Access

Executive Escalation Contacts (EEC) typically receive highly sensitive or critical notifications, such as urgent feedback or potential resignation risks.

  1. Navigate to User: Go to the "Users" or "User Management" section and locate the teammate you want to designate as a Executive Escalation Contact or remove Executive Escalation Contact access from.

  2. Access Permissions: Open their user profile "Assign Roles" settings.

  3. Assign Executive Escalation Contact Role: Look for a "Sub Roles" assignment section. Change their role to "Executive Escalation Contact" or un-check a "Executive Escalation Contact" Grant access box in deleting their access.

  4. Save: Apply the changes by clicking save changes.
