Adding/Deleting a Data Admin Access to a Teammate

Data Admin access grants a user elevated privileges to manage, import, export, or audit data within the platform, often for compliance or system maintenance.

  1. Navigate to User: Go to the "Users" or "User Management" section and locate the teammate you want to designate as a Data Admin or remove Data Admin access from.

  2. Access Permissions: Open their user profile "Assign Roles" settings.

  3. Assign Data Admin Role: Look for a "Sub Roles" assignment section. Change their role to "Data Admin" or un-check the "Data Admin" Grant access box in deleting their access.

  4. Save: Apply the changes by clicking save changes.
